Moenkopi Developers Corporation holds two 50-year leases on two commercial parcels totaling 48 acres at the junction of State Route 264 and US Highway 160. On the west side of State Route 264 lays a parcel of 16 acres and east, across the road, lays a parcel of 32 acres.
